The Fat Book is the nickname given to the book that is actually called, "The Fat Book - How I Lost Over 100 Pounds (and You Can Too!) This book was written by someone who has first hand experience losing over 100 lbs. He kept great notes during the time that he was losing the weight, and took those notes and wrote a book to help other people who are really serious about losing weight. Not only losing weight, but getting fit and in shape. Anyone can lose weight, but this is about losing weight, keeping it off, and getting in shape!
The Fat Book is NOT just another book on losing weight. This is more like a program that you can really work with and get results! First of all, it's not written by some skinny person who never struggled with weight issues but studied health in high school and college and now is ready to tell you how to fix yourself! This book was written by a man who actually struggled with his weight and self-esteem, who finally decided that it was time to do something about it all, and did! In his book, he tells about how he paid thousands of dollars in gym fees, personal trainers, supplements, etc etc. During this whole process, he had the foresight to keep track of his feelings, the workouts, the food journals, the acceptable foods, and the basic descriptions of how to do individual exercises.
